HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are insured and shipped USPS Priority mail in approx. 1 - 2 weeks (unless noted as READY TO SHIP on our website)
IF YOU HAPPEN TO NEED YOUR ITEM SOONER, PLEASE LET US KNOW!
After you purchase an item, you will immediately get a confirmation email. Please save that for your records.
As soon as we finish making your item, you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also contain tracking information for your package.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
shipping and insurance cost are based on the total amount purchased. Please know that we do try to keep this as low as possible!

DO YOU MAKE EVERYTHING BY HAND?
Yes, each and every item is hand cut, punched, riveted, serged, sewn and finished by hand to order. We take great pride in our work, and enjoy what we do.

I'M A SHOP AND WANT TO CARRY YOUR PRODUCTS, DO YOU WHOLESALE?
Yes we do! However, we do no offer consignment.  Any store that is interested in carrying BRANDHYZE + CO leather goods, or receiving a wholesale price list should EMAIL US with: the store name, shop description, web address, location, point person's name, and contact information.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY ACCESSORY OR BAG?
LEATHER: Blackrock Leather 'n Rich to clean, soften, and preserve the leather over time. Apply with a soft cotton cloth (like an old soft t-shirt) and wipe off with a separate, clean cloth. 
 
CANVAS: We recommend just spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild dish soap. **Note: Do not place in washing machine or dry clean.** Air dry.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because we handmake all of our items to order, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you happen to receive your item and are not happy with it, you can return it for store credit, as long as you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Please be sure not to remove any tags. If an item is damaged or defective, or incorrect in any way, please feel free to contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon return receipt of your order (with tag and unused) we will send you out a replacement, and you will not be charged for shipping.

BRANDHYZE + CO does not  ever sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance.  The information we collect is used solely to process your order or to let you know about new items, sales or discounts. we are committed to protecting your privacy!
